Basic Economy passengers cannot select their seats in advance. They will be assigned a seat at check-in or at the gate.

If you are travelling with someone else, try to sit together. You can request to sit together when you book your tickets or during check-in.
If you have a preference for window or aisle seat, be sure to select that when you are choosing your seat.
If you are travelling with small children, consider choosing a seat in the bulkhead or exit row, which have more space.
If you are prone to motion sickness, avoid seats near the front of the aircraft, which are more prone to turbulence.
If you are travelling for business, consider choosing a seat in the front of the Economy section, which is quieter and has more legroom.
