I see it attempting to make a new minigame. Sure it might not be popular in the long run but fresh minigames have been matters that come to RuneScape so I'd rather they try. Hell who knows, maybe this becomes the first huge minigame of osrs which is not popular only due to bis things or xp. It's not a minigame though, it's a gamemode and will have its RuneScape gold own servers. A minigame is a game inside of RuneScape, that is not exactly what this is. It person mode, not castle wars.
However, you have no reason. In which the only real draw is cosmetics 9, all minigames. The minigames which are populated don't have cosmetics as the only benefit. OSRS players will need to feel as they're making something worthwhile when they do it or things will get dead content. If you're able to purchase them with gp of others, RuneScapemode isn't for competitive, then what makes it worthwhile to begin afresh if a process gets wiped following league? Might aswell create a new account, time yourself and then all the things u have u drop over to your main and replicate?
So essentially you thought it had been such a good idea for us to be playing with two clients at once which you created a brand new game style to incentivize it farther? Getting real tired of this. I already need 2 accounts pvp in my pure, now and to delight in pvm this? We will be getting better servers or any fix to the current issue on the machine or if we expect to DC every hour on the hour once we play RuneScape mode too, cause the servers right now are pure crap. I frankly don't see why their are game modes such as HCIM where even if its not the consumers fault they still lose Hardcore status even though it was due to some JAGEX host dc. I mean end users need to have a expectation that the product is being preserved. Going to vote survey even if it is fantastic content.
